What to Expect on Sunday
Our service starts at 9:30 and usually ends about 10:45
Please come to our service a little before 9:30, as we like to talk to each other and ask how their week went, etc. We are not just “pew sitters”: we like to visit with each other, and we’d love get to know YOU, too! We are just people, like you, and we want to give everyone a warm welcome!
There is a nursery if you’d like to have your children cared for during the service. Please come a little before 9:30 to see our nursery volunteers and our nursery room.
Our service is pretty predictable, as we always begin with a verse of Scripture, and then sing to the Lord as our tithes and offerings are placed before Him. We have two worship teams who play the guitar, violin, piano and bass violin, and four ladies and gentlemen lead us In song. We sing both hymns and contemporary praise songs each week.
Sermons will use Bible verses and relate them to life. We do not preach “fire and brimstone”, nor do we teach that you will prosper money-wise, if you give us money! We will tell you about Jesus Christ and His sacrifice, love and faithfulness.
Sunday School
We have classes for all ages in our Sunday School classes. From nursery, to elementary school, to Jr. High and Senior High classes. We have both young married, and older adults classes. (There is coffee and treats, too!) If it is your first time to our church, please ask anyone where your age class is located, and they will gladly show you which room is which.
